IT: Bambino interiore:
Ognuno di noi ha una favola o un mito preferito, no? E se la nostra storia fosse una favola, che nome gli daresti? come inizia la storia? e come vorresti che finisse...Per questo percorso utilizzo le carte del bambino interiore, dentro di noi c´ è un bambino che vuole essere ascoltato.
Consiste in 5 sedute di un´un ora ( preferibilmente una volta a settimana):
Parliamo di favole, che favola ti piace? Perché? e cosa dice di te?
Protagonista della favola se interrogato sarebbe felice della vita che stai vivendo?
(ri)appropriarsi del proprio bambino interiore e integrarlo nella tua quotidianitá
Cosa creare con il tuo bambino interiore? Che poteri sopranaturali ti può dare?

Consiglio di dotarti di qualcosa di creativo, che sceglierai tu. Che siano dei giornali per ritagliare e poi fare collage, che siano matite colorate, penarelli, tempere per disegnare, argilla per modellare... Sii creativo!
FR: L´ Enfant intérieur
Chacun de nous a un conte ou un mythe préféré, n’est-ce pas ? Et si ton histoire était un conte, quel titre lui donnerais-tu ? Comment commencerait-elle ? Et comment aimerais-tu qu’elle se termine…
Pour ce parcours, j’utilise les cartes de l’enfant intérieur — en chacun de nous vit un enfant qui souhaite être écouté.
Le parcours consiste en 5 séances d’une heure (de préférence une fois par semaine) :
Parlons de contes : quel est ton conte préféré ? Pourquoi ? Et que dit-il de toi ?
Le protagoniste de ce conte, s’il pouvait te parler, serait-il heureux de la vie que tu mènes aujourd’hui ?
(Re)trouver son enfant intérieur et l’intégrer dans ton quotidien.
Que peux-tu créer avec ton enfant intérieur ? Quels pouvoirs surnaturels peut-il t’apporter ?
Retour et feedback.
Je te conseille de t’équiper de matériel créatif, selon ton choix : des magazines à découper pour faire des collages, des crayons de couleur, des feutres, de la peinture (gouache, acrylique), de l’argile pour modeler… Laisse libre cours à ta créativité !

Jeder von uns hat ein Lieblingsmärchen oder einen Lieblingsmythos, oder?
Und wenn deine Geschichte ein Märchen wäre – welchen Titel würdest du ihr geben? Wie würde die Geschichte beginnen? Und wie würdest du dir wünschen, dass sie endet?
Für diesen Prozess verwende ich die Karten des inneren Kindes – in jedem von uns lebt ein Kind, das gehört werden möchte.
Der Prozess besteht aus 5 Sitzungen à eine Stunde (vorzugsweise einmal pro Woche):
Wir sprechen über Märchen: Welches Märchen magst du besonders? Warum? Und was sagt das über dich aus?
Wäre die Hauptfigur dieses Märchens glücklich mit dem Leben, das du gerade führst?
Die Rückverbindung mit deinem inneren Kind und seine Integration in deinen Alltag.
Was kannst du gemeinsam mit deinem inneren Kind erschaffen? Welche übernatürlichen Kräfte kann es dir schenken?
Feedback und Reflexion.
Ich empfehle dir, dir etwas Kreatives bereitzulegen – ganz nach deiner Wahl: Magazine zum Ausschneiden und Collagen machen, Buntstifte, Filzstifte, Wasserfarben, Acrylfarben, Ton oder Knete zum Modellieren... Sei kreativ!

Each of us has a favorite fairy tale or myth, right?
And if your story were a fairy tale, what title would you give it? How would it begin? And how would you like it to end?
For this journey, I use inner child cards — within each of us is a child who wants to be heard.
The process consists of 5 one-hour sessions (preferably once a week):
We talk about fairy tales: which one do you like? Why? And what does it say about you?
Would the main character of that story, if asked, be happy with the life you're living?
Reconnecting with your inner child and integrating them into your daily life.
What can you create together with your inner child? What supernatural powers could they give you?
Final feedback and reflection.
I recommend you gather some creative materials of your choice: magazines for cutting and collage, colored pencils, markers, tempera or acrylic paints for drawing, clay for sculpting… Be creative!
